We include the original or compatible charger with every laptop. Bags and accessories are available in-store and will be listed online soon.
Windows is always pre-installed. Office and other software are not included, but we can help you install free or licensed alternatives depending on your needs. You can always request us for Office.
Warranty & Support
Our 3-month Tech Origins Promise warranty covers hardware failures like motherboard, SSD, RAM, display, and keyboard issues. It does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
Just WhatsApp or email us with your order details and the issue. If it’s a valid hardware problem, we’ll repair or replace the unit — no drama.
Yes — extended plans are available at checkout or in-store. It’s a great option if you want long-term peace of mind.
Orders & Shipping

In most cases, you’ll get your laptop within 1–2 working days after order confirmation. Dubai deliveries may arrive same-day depending on timing.
Yes. We accept Cash on Delivery across the UAE for your convenience. You can also pay online or via bank transfer if preferred.
Yes — just message us on WhatsApp with the SKU and we’ll hold it for 24 hours. For longer holds, a small deposit may apply.
